Assembly & Order Picker

Location:Irvine

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 6:00am – 2:30pm (Monday – Friday) 

 Assembly & Order Pickers: This position is responsible for assembling products, picking customer orders, preparing shipments, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Assembly Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect components and finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Use electric hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Report product defects or production issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Order Picking Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify order quantities and product information before shipment.
• Label and stage orders for shipping.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Organize products within the warehouse to maintain inventory accuracy.

General Responsibilities

• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Meet productivity and quality expectations.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
• Perform additional warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Required

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math skills.

Preferred

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or order-picking experience.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a warehouse or production environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality standards.
