Location: Liberty, South Carolina

Shift:

• 1st Capacitor: Monday Thursday | 7:30 AM 5:30 PM

• 2nd Capacitor: Monday Thursday | 5:30 PM 3:30 AM

• 2nd Header: Monday Thursday | 5:00 PM 3:00 AM

  • First 2 weeks of assignment will be training on 1st shift (7:00 AM 5:00 PM)

• 4th Capacitor: Friday Sunday | 6:00 AM 6:00 PM

Duration : 12 Months

Job Description

This position is responsible for producing high-quality medical device components in a manufacturing environment. The Operator will work under close supervision and may perform assembly, repair, and testing operations on medical device assemblies used in implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs).

Prior manufacturing experience is not required. Candidates must be able to follow detailed instructions, work safely, maintain quality standards, and demonstrate reliable attendance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, testing, and production tasks according to standardized procedures.
• Follow safety guidelines and use required PPE and safety equipment.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Ensure products and inventory are properly documented and traceable.
• Communicate issues, concerns, and improvement ideas to leadership.
• Support team goals and daily production targets.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
• Comply with QMS, EMS, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed work instructions.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and timing.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow all safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic data collection systems.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/production environment.
• May require standing or sitting for extended periods.
• Repetitive tasks and handling of small components.
• Required work attire and safety requirements will be provided during onboarding and training.
