Inspired by the vibrant food culture of San Sebastián and the warmth of Spanish hospitality, Enoteca is home to one of New York City's largest gin collections, an all-Spanish wine program, and a menu built around authentic Basque and Spanish flavors.
We're looking for a bartender who loves hospitality as much as great drinks. Someone who can read the room, tell a story through every cocktail, and make every guest feel like they're walking into their favorite neighborhood bar.
What You'll DoCraft exceptional cocktails with precision and consistency.
Guide guests through our collection of 300+ gins and Spanish wines.
Create memorable experiences through genuine hospitality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar.
Work closely with the service and kitchen teams.
Help build a fun, welcoming, high-energy atmosphere.
Minimum 2 years of bartending experience.
Passion for cocktails, spirits, wine, and continuous learning.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Team player with attention to detail.
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
