This is a remote position.

We are looking for a personable and proactive Customer Success Specialist to help customers get the most value from our products and services. You will build strong customer relationships answer questions resolve concerns and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers.
  
• Respond to customer questions through email chat and other support channels.
  
• Help customers understand and effectively use products and services.
  
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify potential concerns.
  
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
  
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding questions or requests.
  
• Maintain accurate customer records and interaction notes.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
  
• Identify recurring customer issues and recommend improvements.
  
• Help maintain customer retention and long-term relationships.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Previous customer service customer success account management or related experience preferred.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  
• Comfortable working with CRM and customer-support platforms.
  
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities.
  
• Professional patient and solutions-oriented attitude.
  
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
