3. Hands on experience in data modelling
4. Best practices for columnar storage.
5.Dimentional modelling and normalization
6. Azure or Fabric hands on knowledge is added advantage
7.Insurance domain knowledge will good advantage during interview.
8. Having Databrick experience will be added advantage
9. Data in Silve layer need to be modelled and from a data PoV taking data from a 3NF and converting into Star schema
