Job Description

Role: HRIS Business Analyst

Location: Draper, UT (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 4 8 years

Must-Have Qualifications:

3 4 years of hands-on HRIS experience with substantial experience supporting ADP Vantage
Strong experience with ADP Vantage configuration and administration
Experience administering ADP Vantage business rules, workflows, tables, fields, organizational structures, and system settings
Experience with ADPR reporting , including developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting reports
Hands-on experience administering system security, roles, permissions, user access, and security profiles
Experience supporting ADP Learning Management System
Experience with timekeeping configuration , including pay rules, time codes, exceptions, and approval workflows
Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, and employee data processes
Experience investigating and resolving system, data, access, and integration issues
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical HRIS system solutions
Experience performing data audits, reconciliations, testing, and quality checks
Experience supporting system enhancements, releases, testing cycles, and production deployments
Experience with data loads, interfaces, recurring HRIS processes, and data exports
Experience creating and maintaining system documentation, configuration records, procedures, and user guides
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when working with employee and payroll-related data

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting ADP Vantage in a large or complex enterprise environment
Familiarity with HRIS integrations, file feeds, data imports, and vendor interfaces
Experience with system upgrades, module implementations, or process-improvement initiatives
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data validation, lookups, pivot tables, and reconciliation
Familiarity with HR data privacy, internal controls, and audit requirements
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to quickly learn the organization's environment and independently manage assigned configuration and support activities
