工作职责/ Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Brand Representation (内容创作与品牌出镜)
- Plan and produce high-impact communication content, including articles, images, and videos. Ensure all materials combine professional creativity with an international aesthetic.
- Serve as the on-camera spokesperson for the brand, participating in the production of promotional videos, product showcases, and corporate image campaigns.
- 策划并制作高影响力的传播内容，包括文字稿件、图片及视频。确保所有素材兼具创意专业度与国际化审美。
- 担任品牌出镜人，参与宣传视频、产品展示及企业形象片的制作。

2. Social Media Management (社交媒体运营)
- Manage and curate content for official international social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok/FB/IG).
- Leverage trending topics and industry events to plan special campaigns that amplify brand visibility and engagement globally.
- 负责官方海外社交媒体平台（如LinkedIn、YouTube等）的内容管理与日常运营。
- 利用热点话题及行业事件策划专项活动，提升品牌在全球的声量与曝光。

3. Media & KOL Relations (媒体与KOL关系)
- Assist in bridging communication with international media and industry KOLs.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with external partners to secure positive coverage.
- 协助对接海外媒体及行业KOL，维护与外部合作伙伴的良好关系，确保积极的媒体报道。

4. Event Support & On-site Hosting (活动支持与现场主持)
- Support PR communications for overseas offline events, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Act as the on-site host or presenter, engaging with media and visitors to deliver key brand messages effectively.
- Support other ad-hoc tasks related to international brand building and communications.
- 支持海外线下活动、展会及发布会的公关传播工作。
- 担任现场主持或讲解员，与媒体及访客互动，有效传递品牌核心信息。
- 支持涉及海外品牌传播的其他相关工作安排。

- Language & Presentation (语言与表现力)
- Native English speaker (North Amerian and Europe) with the ability to use Chinese as a working language for daily communication and internal coordination.
- Excellent on-camera presence and public speaking skills. You are confident, articulate, and photogenic.
- 英语为母语，中文可作为工作语言进行日常沟通与内部协调。
- 具备优秀的镜头表现力及公众演讲能力。自信、表达清晰且上镜。

- Experience & Industry Background (经验与行业背景)
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, or media.
- Experience in the tech, automotive, or robotics industries is a strong plus.
- Proven experience in running overseas communication campaigns or projects is highly preferred.
- 3-8年传播、营销或媒体相关工作经验。
- 拥有科技、汽车或机器人行业背景者优先。
- 有海外传播项目操盘经验者优先。

- Core Competencies (核心能力)
- Strong English copywriting skills with an eye for visual aesthetics. You understand what resonates with a Western audience.
- Familiarity with both B2B and B2C communication logics.
- A proactive team player with the ability to work independently and manage projects from conception to execution.
- 具备较强的英文文字功底与视觉审美把控力，了解西方受众的喜好。
- 熟悉 2B 及 2C 领域的传播逻辑。
