Job Description Job Description The Hardscape Foreman is responsible for ensuring that hardscape projects are completed to a high standard, on time, and within scope. This role involves close collaboration with the designer, supervisor, and installation crew to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities Include:

Lead and oversee the installation crew by setting an example in the field.

Organize and prepare the team with the necessary tools and equipment each morning to ensure efficiency.

Execute all aspects of hardscape projects, including, but not limited to pavers, retaining walls, softscape layout, landscape planting installations, water features, low-voltage lighting, masonry, and drainage installations.

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and project success.

Interpret and implement design/build plans. For those with some experience, we are also filling a role for a

Hardscape Laborer. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in the landscaping and construction field, with potential for growth. Responsibilities Include:

Work on hardscape projects, including pavers, stones, retaining walls, landscaping, water features, and low-voltage lighting.

Perform physical tasks related to hardscape installation, including site and tool preparation, digging, leveling, and lifting materials.

Safely operate and perform basic maintenance on machinery and tools such as compactors, saws, and drills.

Maintain clean and organized job sites to ensure safety and efficiency.
