Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our growing team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The ideal candidate will lead a crew in the installation and maintenance of landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:• Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on residential and commercial job sites• Read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mini skid steers, skid steers, trimmers, etc.)• Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed• Communicate effectively with clients, crew, and management• Track materials and project progress Requirements:• 2+ years of experience in landscaping with at least 1 year in a leadership role• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)• Strong leadership and organizational skills• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions• Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, and hardscape installation a plus Benefits:• Competitive pay• Overtime opportunities• Paid time off and holidays• Opportunities for advancement• Supportive team environment
