Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role:True Design Landscape is looking for an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead our crews in the Graham, WA area. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help bring beautiful outdoor spaces to life while guiding a team of dedicated landscape professionals. If you take pride in quality work and love the outdoors, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Lead and supervise landscape crews on residential and/or commercial job sitesOversee installation of plants, hardscapes, irrigation systems, and other landscape featuresEnsure all work is completed on schedule, on budget, and to company quality standardsCommunicate daily with management regarding job progress, crew performance, and site conditionsTrain and mentor crew members on proper landscaping techniques and safety protocolsManage equipment, tools, and materials on-site to ensure efficient operationsMaintain a safe and professional work environment in compliance with OSHA standardsRequirements:2+ years of landscaping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or foreman roleStrong knowledge of plants, hardscaping, irrigation, and general landscape installationAbility to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprintsValid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate trailers and landscape equipmentStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a crewPhysically able to perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditionsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not requiredAbout Us:True Design Landscape is a trusted landscaping company serving the Graham, WA community and surrounding areas with a passion for creating stunning, functional outdoor environments.
