Marketing Coordinator

Hours: 8 am – 5 pm

Pay $28.00

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to provide temporary support for our fast-paced Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, managing data, supporting events, and helping marketing campaigns run smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

• Support marketing campaigns through project coordination, scheduling, asset management, and administrative follow-up
• Track and compile social media performance metrics and reporting
• Conduct social listening and industry research, including monitoring trends and online communities
• Assist with data management, list cleanup, reporting, and spreadsheet maintenance
• Coordinate trade shows and event logistics, including registrations, materials, and shipments
• Manage promotional swag inventory and fulfillment
• Coordinate collateral, business card, and print orders
• Support vendor administration and documentation
• Maintain organized marketing files, templates, and shared resources
• Provide general team support including proofreading, QA, and project coordination
