Job Title: Medical Device Assembler / Operator

Location: Scarborough, ME

Job Description:

• Assemble cardiovascular medical devices and small components following written procedures.
• Use hand tools, microscopes, syringes, soldering tools, adhesives, and manufacturing equipment.
• Perform visual inspections, measurements, testing, and basic repairs.
• Package finished medical devices and complete required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all parts are properly traceable.
• Work in a cleanroom environment when required and follow safety and quality procedures.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Support production goals and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of relevant manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Ability to read and follow English instructions at a 6th-grade level.
• Basic math skills.
• Good hand dexterity for handling small parts.
• Basic computer and electronic data collection skills.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and work with minimal supervision.
