A welcoming family in Dunwoody is seeking a proactive organized Nanny/Family Assistant to care for their two children and help keep the household running smoothly. This split-shift position averages 2830 hours per week with a minimum of 25 guaranteed hours. Responsibilities include morning routines packing snacks and water bottles school drop-offs and pickups evening baths and pajamas and helping with kitchen cleanup childrens laundry making beds and light household organization. Occasional meal prep errands and grocery runs may also be needed. A family vehicle is provided and the current nanny will help train the right candidate.
The ideal candidate is warm outgoing detail-oriented and naturally takes initiative. The children enjoy sports outdoor play music and creative activities. The family wants someone who is fun and engaging but also firm consistent with discipline and confident in setting boundaries. A professional teachable attitude strong follow-through and the ability to anticipate the familys needs are essential. Occasional overnight care or travel is a plus but not required.
