Title: Oracle DBA (Database Migration & DMS Specialist)

Experience: 6+ years
Manage and support Oracle databases across production and non-production environments, including administration, performance tuning, RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN, and HADR.
Lead Oracle database migration initiatives using Oracle DMS, GoldenGate, Data Pump, RMAN, and cloud migration technologies while ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, monitor, patch, upgrade, back up, recover, and tune Oracle databases across critical production environments.
Plan and execute database migrations using Oracle DMS, GoldenGate, Data Pump, RMAN, and OCI/Exadata, including cutover and rollback planning.
Troubleshoot migration issues, validate data consistency, support HADR/business continuity, and maintain migration runbooks and technical documentation.
