Job Summary
Seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Order Management Coordinator who understands the full order lifecycle, from order entry through shipment, delivery, and follow-up. The Order Management Coordinator will work closely with customers, distributors, sales teams, warehouses, carriers, and internal departments to ensure orders are entered accurately, released on time, and delivered according to customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders received through email, EDI, CRM, and web-based ordering systems.
- Entering, updating, and maintaining sales orders, purchase orders, forecasts, pricing, quantities, inventory availability, and delivery details in the ERP system.
- Coordinating order releases, outbound shipments, transfers, delivery scheduling, and shipping documentation with warehouses, carriers, sales, and shipping teams.
- Providing customers and distributors with order confirmations, shipment updates, backorder notices, delay updates, and delivery status information.
- Resolving order discrepancies, shipment issues, returns, RMAs, stock rotations, and customer account questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Preparing order, inventory, sales, and aging reports while supporting administrative and clerical needs as required.

- Pay range: $22 to $26 per hour, DOE.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Location: Paramount, CA. 100% Onsite.

Additional Skills

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 3 years of order management, inside sales, customer service, or order processing experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, logistics, and/or supply chain environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with experience using ERP, EDI, CRM, or web-based ordering systems.
- Working knowledge of inventory management, forecasting, shipping, logistics, and order fulfillment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with strong accuracy, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish.
