We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Performance Coach to oversee operations in an advanced manufacturing environment in Georgetown.
In this role, you'll coach and motivate a high-performing team responsible for building and testing complex electromechanical units and computer hardware structures in a fast-paced, safe, clean and highly organized environment.
You'll participate in orientations, coordinate on-site training, provide performance coaching, oversee attendance tracking and help create a positive, results-driven culture. If you're a natural leader who can solve problems quickly, manage conflict professionally, and inspire others to succeed, we want to meet you!
This position requires standing for extended periods, occasional overtime, some weekend work and ensuring strict adherence to electrostatic discharge (ESD) compliance expectations for product protection.

salary: $21 - $22 per hour

work hours: 6:45 AM - 3:45 PM

Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee employees working in an advanced manufacturing environment
- Ensure employees are adhering to all safety and quality requirements
- Provide coaching for employees
- Must have the ability to professionally manage conflict, promote effective change, and problem solve quickly when necessary
- Assist with training and retaining a highly productive, results driven workforce by continuously inspiring and motivating the team
- Complete administrative tasks as directed by management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
- Be willing to work flexible hours including overtime when required
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
