You will identify where AI can create meaningful business value, define pragmatic transformation roadmaps, and translate emerging technologies — such as Generative AI and agentic workflows — into actionable, high-impact business outcomes.

Executive Advisory: Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior executives (VP, SVP, and C-suite) on AI strategy, AI-enabled business transformation, Generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, and the operating model changes required to scale AI across the enterprise Engagement Leadership: Shape and lead comprehensive AI advisory engagements, including opportunity assessments, use-case prioritization, AI operating models, governance, responsible AI, and full-scale enterprise AI transformations Business Development & Solutioning: Provide senior leadership throughout the entire sales lifecycle — from initial discovery and relationship building to opportunity shaping, proposal development, executive presentations, and multi-disciplinary solution design Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global capability teams to seamlessly integrate strategy, consulting, data, AI engineering, cloud, and industry expertise to address complex client needs Practice Growth: Contribute actively to the expansion of our Autonomous Enterprise practice through market development, intellectual capital/thought leadership creation, recruiting, mentoring, and building internal capabilities Experienced Leader: 10+ years of professional consulting experience in AI/ML and Intelligent Automation, with a clear history of career progression — including 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams of 10+ consultants Domain Expert: Deep expertise in cutting-edge AI technologies and methodologies, including Generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, AI engineering, intelligent automation, data strategy, and enterprise AI transformation C-Suite Communicator: Proven track record of advising, presenting to, and building long-term relationships with C-suite and SVP-level executives across multiple industry verticals Growth Driver: Demonstrated experience managing engagement portfolios of $10M+ annually, with stellar solutioning and selling capabilities Industry Versatility: Deep expertise in one or more key sectors such as Retail, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, or Technology Process Excellence: A strong background in Business Process Re-engineering; proven experience applying process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen) is a major plus Dynamic Mindset: An outcome-focused leader with a commanding executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for solving complex, ambiguous business problems while holding teams accountable1With basic Chinese communication skillsIt would be best if you were from Japan2Clear pronunciation and excellent language expression ability3Good camera control and performance skills, capable of facing the camera naturally4Those with experience in video shooting...
