Full-Time | High Commission Potential | Field-Based
We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Roofing & Exterior Sales Representative to join our growing team.
In this role, you will work directly with homeowners to assess exterior needs and sell premium solutions including roofing, gutters, pergolas, and decks.

Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and self-generated leads.
Conduct exterior inspections focused on roofing, gutter systems, pergola layouts, and deck projects.
Educate homeowners on options for upgrading and protecting their home’s exterior, including financing or insurance-based work when applicable.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects within assigned neighborhoods.
Present tailored roofing, gutter, pergola, and deck solutions and close residential projects.
Coordinate with project managers and install crews to ensure smooth, high-quality job completion.
Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity inside our CRM for transparency and fast commission payouts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with homeowners.
Self-motivated mindset with a competitive, goal-driven attitude.
Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and face-to-face customer outreach.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Sales experience is a plus, but not required—training provided on roofing, gutters, pergolas, and decks.
Weekly earnings typically in the $800–$2,000 range based on individual performance.
Average project size around $15,000, with commissions up to 12% per deal—meaning approximately $1,800 per closed project.
