Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Duration (Contract): 6 Months

Client Location: Atlanta, GA 30339

Location Preference: Onsite

Job Description:

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.

Role & Responsibility:

1. Drive cross-functional collaboration with sales management, business management and SEA Supply Chain Management on demand planning and forecasting assumptions and analysis.
2. Prepare reports and statistics related to the demand planning and forecasting function
3. Support team and department managers in the implementation and deployment of organizational initiatives.
4. Ensures that business requirements are captured accurately and completely.
5. Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
6. Generate and track milestones, evaluating project issues and assisting with resolution.
7. Share project information with key stakeholders for decision making.
8. Prepare weekly project status communicating to keep the project aligned with goals and timeline.
9. Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
10. Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as project needs change
11. Ensuring project closure including completion of lessons learned and required documentation.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education and Competencies:

1. 5 8 years of Supply Chain work experience required.
2. 3-4 years' project management experience.
3. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
4. Bachelor's Degree or direct business experience equivalent.
5. Lean Six Sigma & APICS CPIM certification a plus (Certified Planning and Inventory Management)
6. Experience and Strong knowledge of Supply Chain best practices and trends
7. Successful experience working cross functionally in in a matrix team environment. .
8. Prior experience in an appliance/ consumer electronics manufacturer and/or retailer strongly preferred.
9. Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
10. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
11. Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. In addition, must be able to manage multiple projects and often competing priorities.
12. Proficiency in all components of Microsoft Office Suite.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $30.00 to $40.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
